Do you live in Utah Valley? Come participate in the fourth Utah Lake Citizen Science Event on April 13th.
We research how human activity affects the water and nutrient cycles that sustain all life on Earth. Our current projects investigate nutrient pollution in agricultural landscapes in France, interactions among people, wildfire, and water quality in the Utah Lake watershed, and water chemistry in river networks undergoing permafrost degradation in Alaska. We also use expert assessment methods to explore how sub-sea permafrost, wildfire, and water security will respond to climate change around the globe.
